One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active ok.play account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances across all related accounts.
Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

Cheating and Fraud Are Prohibited

ok.play May Suspend or Close Accounts
ok.play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, PAGCOR regulations, or applicable Philippine law. Players may also voluntarily close their account or request self-exclusion at any time through account settings or live chat support.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ok.play ("ok.play", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services offered at okplay.lat. By registering an account or placing any bet on the ok.play platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the ok.play platform.
The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context so requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Registration and use of the ok.play Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
Underage Gaming is Strictly Prohibited. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law. ok.play will immediately suspend any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age and will report the matter to PAGCOR as required. Any balance in an underage account will be forfeited.
To access the full features of the ok.play Platform, including the ability to withdraw funds, Players must complete account registration and satisfy ok.play's KYC verification requirements.
3.1 Registration. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as the primary identifier for your ok.play Account. You will be asked to create a secure password and to acknowledge these Terms at the point of registration. OTP verification of your mobile number is required to complete the registration process.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one (1) active ok.play Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ok.play uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.
3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ok.play requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting:
3.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ok.play strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP. You must notify ok.play immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ok.play is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
ok.play support agents will never ask for your password or OTP via any communication channel. If you receive such a request, do not comply and contact support immediately to report it.
4.1 Deposits. ok.play accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, PESONet, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change.
4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your ok.play Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on the method and time of submission.

4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to the KYC-verified payment method registered to the Account, at ok.play's discretion. ok.play does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's verified name.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ok.play complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML requirements. ok.play may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposit or withdrawal transactions. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ok.play ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time each Promotion is made available to eligible Players. In the event of any conflict between specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each Promotion's specific terms. Players should always review Wagering Requirements before claiming any ok.play Promotion.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Live casino table games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Slot games typically contribute at 100%. The precise contribution rates for each active Promotion are stated in that Promotion's terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. ok.play reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the Account of any Player who, in ok.play's reasonable judgment, is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion multiple times; placing bets designed to minimise risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements; coordinated play with other accounts; or any other activity that ok.play determines constitutes exploitation of a Promotion rather than genuine gameplay.
Always read the specific bonus terms before claiming any ok.play Promotion. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes during bonus play vary by Promotion and are detailed in the specific offer terms displayed at the time of each offer.
6.1 Permitted Use. Players may use the ok.play Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. All games on the ok.play Platform are for real-money wagering in Philippine Peso. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generators (for RNG-based games) or real-world physical outcomes (for live dealer games).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok.play Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any ok.play content; use of ok.play's name or branding without written authorisation; or reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any ok.play software or game.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ok.play's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ok.play Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ok.play's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ok.play's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ok.play collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and ok.play's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an ok.play Account, Players consent to ok.play's collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).
ok.play does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for Platform operations and regulatory compliance. 11.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ok.play live chat support. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be paid to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not payable upon voluntary account closure.
11.2 ok.play's Right to Suspend or Close. ok.play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, ok.play may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
ok.play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Such changes may be required due to updates to PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, platform developments, or operational requirements.
Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to Players via: (a) a prominent notice on the ok.play Platform at or before login; (b) an SMS or push notification to the registered mobile number; or (c) both. The amended Terms will display the updated effective date.
Continued use of the ok.play Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the ok.play Platform, or any transaction on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the first instance, ok.play encourages Players to resolve disputes informally through ok.play's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures.
Players acknowledge that ok.play is regulated by PAGCOR, and that PAGCOR's regulatory authority over ok.play's operations is an additional layer of player protection that exists independently of and in addition to these contractual Terms.
